1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and duitnow66 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the duitnow66 website at https://duitnow66.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality made available through the Platform.

By creating a duitnow66 account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the duitnow66 website, mobile interface, software and all associated services accessible at https://duitnow66.cam.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits separately recorded.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback or any non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account under the conditions of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered on eligible games before associated funds qualify for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, address and payment-method confirmation.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to the behaviours described in Section 8 of these Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with duitnow66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period during which your Account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an Account that was suspended or terminated by duitnow66 for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director or close associate of duitnow66 or any affiliated entity.
6. You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling-related disorder, unless you have received express written clearance from a qualified medical practitioner.

duitnow66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4 Account Registration

Users must complete the duitnow66 registration process accurately and truthfully. The following obligations apply upon registration and throughout the life of the Account:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address and a current Malaysian mobile number. All information must match your official identity documents. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. duitnow66 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or any other channel. You must notify duitnow66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. duitnow66 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered Account on the duitnow66 Platform. Duplicate Accounts may be merged or permanently closed at duitnow66's discretion, and any Bonus Funds associated with duplicate Accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

5 Terms of Use

Access to and use of the duitnow66 Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use duitnow66 services for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate, providing wagering services to third parties or any form of arbitrage designed to exploit price differences across platforms.

5.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error, software malfunction or system fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome or Account balance, duitnow66 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore Account balances to the state immediately prior to the error. duitnow66 is not liable for any losses arising from such errors.

5.3 Service Availability

6 Payments & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

duitnow66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and supported credit and debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may differ by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes, though bank processing times may occasionally apply.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed only after satisfactory KYC verification is completed. 6.4 Currency

7 Bonuses & Promotions

duitnow66 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all duitnow66 promotions:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible Account unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus-derived funds qualify for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet limits apply while Bonus Funds remain active. Exceeding stated bet caps may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Promotions carry expiry dates. Unused Bonus Funds or unmet wagering requirements lapse upon expiry without compensation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the duitnow66 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, chip dumping or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended mechanics of a game or promotion.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method or creating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another User's Account or to duitnow66's systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that duitnow66 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful, abusive, defamatory or disruptive to the Platform or its user community.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the duitnow66 Platform — including but not limited to the duitnow66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of duitnow66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from duitnow66.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duitnow66 and its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the User.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including Account security obligations.
• Inaccuracies in third-party information, odds or statistics displayed on the Platform.

duitnow66's total aggregate liability to any User under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by duitnow66

duitnow66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a User breaches these Terms; duitnow66 suspects fraudulent or unlawful activity; regulatory requirements mandate account closure; or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

Users may request voluntary Account closure or a self-exclusion period at any time by contacting duitnow66 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, prevent the User from accessing the Platform for the elected period. 11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, duitnow66 will process any outstanding legitimate real-money balance to the User's verified payment method after completing mandatory checks. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon termination unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which duitnow66 holds its operating licence. Users agree that any disputes shall first be referred to duitnow66's internal dispute resolution process prior to escalation to any external authority.

13 Amendments

duitnow66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
